Our Story

Lumina Academy was founded by a team of passionate educators who shared a common belief—that every child deserves an education that is personal, purposeful and inspiring.

Having spent years teaching students from different backgrounds, we saw many children attending tuition faithfully yet making little progress. Too often, students found themselves in overcrowded classrooms where they received little individual attention, leaving them feeling discouraged and lacking confidence. We also recognised that meaningful learning requires teaching that evolves alongside the ever-changing MOE curriculum, rather than relying on outdated materials or repetitive drilling.

We believed there had to be a better way.

That belief became Lumina Academy—a place where every student is known by name, every lesson is thoughtfully designed, and every child is given the opportunity to grow at their own pace. More than helping students achieve better grades, our mission is to light the path towards confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love for learning.

Because when a child believes in themselves, their potential becomes limitless.
